I joined them a few days ago….so far I’m not impressed AT ALL by their lack of customer support. I’ve emailed Phoenix Trading team 3 times on an issue which goes unanswered.
From what I have seen it is NOT as easy as just turning on the auto trade functioning and letting it “do its thing” I also don’t see the win rate they claim, however, that could be because of the issue that they have yet to address with me
You can’t market a product and then give the users absolutely NO documentation or resources as to how to use it. I mean you join, hook up with and receive ZERO information on anything. Except the broker calling wanting you to do all the usual stuff brokers annoy you with.
